Use this page to request deletion of account-related login data connected to Covered Doula Care.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Covered Doula Care account or social-login related data, email danielrbutcher@gmail.com from the email address associated with the account.

Include the subject line Covered Doula Care data deletion request. Do not include personal health information, private claim details, member IDs, patient names, or confidential employer documents.

What may be deleted

  • Account profile information associated with the site login.
  • Social-login identifiers stored by the site, where applicable.
  • Contributor-intake submissions or correspondence that can reasonably be matched to your request.

Important limits

Covered Doula Care is an informational resource and is not a benefit administrator, payer, claims processor, employer plan, or medical provider. Requests sent here do not delete records held by Carrot, Maven, Progyny, Medicaid, Tricare, insurers, employers, Google, Facebook, FormSubmit, Microsoft Clarity, or other third-party services.
